Drop-In Classes All Adults Welcome

Special Osteoporosis Prevention Feb. 29 - March 21

Classic yoga poses combined with some special poses for "westerners" to honor differences in life-sytle. Includes awarness practice at beginning of class and relaxation at end of class. Poses in the middle are designed to flow with the breathe and to contribute to both strength and flexibility.

*NOTE: About room 170 - it is at the opposite end of the entry doors on the first floor. Room 170 is also known as the movement studio.

Linda has completed both 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training from Scott Anderson of Alignment Yoga. She is registered as a yoga teacher for Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level. She has been teaching students of all ages from preschoolers to senior citizens since October 2008. In order to deepen her own practice and expand her teaching, Linda has also attended teaacher trainings offered by other teachers including Linda Farmer, Victor VanKoten, Michael Stone and Judith Hanson Lasater.
